Q) Do you have to comply with the daytime dresscode?
A) Yes. The only acceptable dress is naked or jockstrap during the day.

Q) What is acceptable dresscode in the evening and for the Sex & Cruising Parties?
A) We have no formal dresscode in the evenings but fetishwear and nudity are encouraged.

Q) Do you have an age limit to using the resort?
A) We welcome all gay men over the age of 18.

Q) Are the staff team all gay men?
A) Yes. We only employ gay men to work at Basement Studios. As a private members club for gay men only, we do not allow women onsite.

Q) Can I visit Basement Studios and use the facilities even if I am not staying at the resort?
A) Yes. We encourage visitors to come and use the resort and are open from 9am daily.

Q) Is there any entrance charge for visitors?
A) Yes. We are a membership only club. Day membership costs 10€ and weekly membership costs 45€. Annual membership is also available for regular visitors. Prices at the bar.

Q) Can I rent a bungalow for the day as a visitor?
A) Yes but only if we have a vacant bungalow at the time. Price to hire a private room is 50€ per day.

Q) Will I be expected to join in the fun?
A) There is no expectation on you to take part in any activities here at Basement Studios. We encourage both exhibitionists and voyeurs alike. The aim is to provide a safe space for guys to relax and experience sexual freedom. The only rule strictly applied is the daytime dresscode.

Q) Are the staff team allowed to play?
A) The team can play if they wish outside of work hours or in quiet periods. Please remember that their priority is to ensure that the resort is clean and running well and the bar and kitchen are staffed at all times.

Q) Is sex permitted anywhere at the resort?
A) Yes and encouraged.
